Welcome to Kids Act Out CPT! We are thrilled to bring the exciting world of theatre to your schools and help students explore their creativity, develop their social and emotional skills, and enhance their academic progress through the arts.

Our six week programs focus on teaching the principles and practices of theatre while making meaningful connections to real-life experiences.

PUPPET PLAYHOUSE

Puppet PlayhouseGrades- K-3

All supplies are provided.

Join us for a creative session where we build a new puppet each week while learning the technical art of puppetry. Students will hone their acting skills by developing unique voices, attitudes, and stories for their characters. This hands-on class is an excellent way to explore acting and multitasking, engaging the body, mind, and voice simultaneously. It is a great fit for children who love both performance and visual arts.

KIDS ACT OUT MUSICAL THEATRE PRODUCTION:
Brothers Grimm: The Musical

Grades K-6
Cast 1: Wed & Fri 2:15-3:45pm
Cast 2: Wed & Fri 3:45-5:15pm
September 28 – November 2
3:45-5:15pm
Both final performances will be held on
November 7 in the CANS Auditorium.
Fee: $225
This fee includes all costuming, script and binder.

Join us for Brothers Grimm: The Musical as we act, sing, and dance our way through every story ever told! This production brings rich folklore and meaningful life lessons to the stage through an original script by Zoe Peterson and an original score by Max Kreeger. Throughout the session, students will explore the principles and practices of stage theatre, focusing on character development and the essential social skills required to work as a cohesive ensemble. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where every student can contribute to a performance we are all proud of.
