Welcome to Kids Act Out CPT! We are thrilled to bring the exciting world of theatre to your schools and help students explore their creativity, develop their social and emotional skills, and enhance their academic progress through the arts.

Our six week programs focus on teaching the principles and practices of theatre while making meaningful connections to real-life experiences.

Creating Character Theatrical Boot Camp:
Heroes and Villains!

Meets once a week, at CANS, on Tuesdays Sept 23rd – Oct 28th

Join our theatre boot camp for K-3 students where we’ll explore the worlds of heroes and villains from our favorite stories! As we learn the practices and principles of acting and staged theatre, we’ll also connect these skills to our social and emotional wellness. Your young actors will create their own unique characters—whether brave heroes or a misunderstood villains! We’ll showcase our imaginative creations in a special performance for family and friends on the last day of class. Grab your capes and let’s embark on this adventure together!

Join the cast of “Cinderella, It’s Really About The Mice!”— a Kids Act Out Performance Workshop that delves into this classic tale from the mice’s perspective, highlighting themes of love, friendship, expectations, and collaboration. This story is much more than just a Prince meeting a girl from his kingdom!

Participants will develop essential theater skills, character creation techniques, and learn what it takes to stage a full production—all while enjoying the catchy melodies of 70’s yacht rock!

Our goal is to help each student set artistic, social, and emotional objectives, fostering growth as both actors and individuals!
